Refund & Return Policy

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You can modify your order information (such as color, size, shipping address, phone number) or cancel the order within 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
  • If you insist on canceling the order, a 30%-50% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover storage, order preparation, and shipping costs.

14-Day Return Policy

You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding return shipping costs). All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all accessories. Additionally, return refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

Ineligible for Returns

  • Customized products.
  • All accessories.
  • We will not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges of large orders of the same product (“large orders”: three or more of the same product).

Return Process

  • Send an email where a description of the return reason and of the item you wish to return should be included, to support@bridal2u.com.
  • We will respond to your return request within 24 hours, or 24-48 hours during weekends and holidays. Once approved, you will receive a return approval email. Please check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.
  • Once everything is ready, please return the item as soon as possible. The shipping fee will be your responsibility.
  • After shipping the item, please email us the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos (including the item in its box) to confirm it belongs to our site.
  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 48 hours to ensure it meets our return policy. If eligible, we will issue a refund; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Once an order with expedited shipping has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. The customer is responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. Please confirm receipt of the product in good condition and correct within one week of signing for the parcel.

Return Address

We will select the nearest return shipping address based on your location. Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide the return address. Please contact us at support@bridal2u.com before returning any item to receive the return address and further instructions. We are not responsible for returned item(s) made without prior notification.

Refunds

For successfully returned items, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). Please note that the amount received may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee will be charged if the return period has expired or if the return reason falls under the following scenarios:

  1. Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  2. Finding a better price elsewhere
  3. Items purchased by mistake or no longer needed

We will charge a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s price, depending on the return period and the condition of the returned item. The following scenarios apply:

  1. Buyer’s change of mind: Returns in original condition within the return period will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  2. Buyer returns a product within the return window and it is damaged or different: A restocking fee of up to 50% will apply.
  3. Returns after the return period (original condition): Up to 80% restocking fee.
  4. Returns after the return period (damaged or non-conforming items): Up to 100% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods During Return Shipping

When you return the item, please be sure to wrap the product correctly. If the returned item is damaged, we cannot refund for you. In this case, you’d better file a claim with the shipping company (carrier) and advise us on how to deal with damaged products. We will keep your product for only 30 days since it is damaged.

Manufacturer Defects

We reserve the right to repair/repair any product we sell if it is a manufacturing defect. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
